Aidan Lett

Aidan Lett has spent more than 20 years across sales and marketing, with the majority of his career in technology and scalable software businesses. Earlier in his career, he was part of Pushpay during a period of rapid growth, an experience he describes as a “school of hard knocks and a world of pressure.” At the same time, he was raising a young family, working across international time zones and operating on three to four hours of sleep a night. Today, his work spans software and AI through Creative Q and Smart Space AI. He is also a father of four and continues to compete, including in HYROX. Over time, one principle has become increasingly important to how he operates: intentionally designing his week and owning his time rather than allowing other people to dictate it.
